Should you attempt to order an item that is not available to ship out of our warehouse, you will be provided with an ETA and prompted to select whether you want to place the item on Backorder. While we do our utmost to prevent it, delays do unfortunately happen from time to time. We go to great lengths to explain this on our website and other Customer facing channels and provide the most accurate Estimated Times of Arrivals (ETA's) for On Demand, Pre, Back and Special Order items, but due to the nature of manufacturing, import/export and various other factors in our supply chain, we cannot and do not guarantee lead times or delivery dates.
